Cool Climate Classic CCC

2021 Vintage: Recently drank the 21 vintage with my slightly seasoned King George Whiting and this was thoroughly enjoyed by our visitors.
The cool climate allows the fruit to ripen slowly as such the flavours and aromatics are so pronounced showing traditional lemon lime characters with balanced acidity and looking very clean and clear in the glass. The beautiful wine is slightly dry with the the natural mineral acidity and with a balanced long flavoured lime finish.
So easy to open another one!

Perfection in a bottle

2021 Vintage: Paired perfectly with my Kingfish sashimi in ponzu dipping sauce, light, crisp & refreshing. Love it with all seafood & especially good with duck. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Do yourself a favour & always have a bottle or 6 in your fridge. Truly delicious.

Perfect for an afternoon wine in the sun!

2021 Vintage: A lovely, fresh, citrusy Riesling. It's very drinkable now, but I also put a bottle aside to cellar for a couple of years. A new favourite!
