Small batch and made from only the highest quality fruit on our estate, this one’s got complexity and fullness of flavour. Stone fruit, citrus and spiced oak on the nose, with a fleshy white fruit, melon and lemon curd palate. Slatey acidity and citric notes see it pair well with food, or give it a little time out of the fridge to see it come into its own.
