Join us around a long table for a shared 9 course modern Asian degustation prepared by The Vermillion Table (or in other words, the kitchens of Concubine, Gin Long and Bai Long—yum).
You’ll be hosted in our winery (amongst the barrels and tanks) by the Wicks family and our winemaker Adam Carnaby.
