This full bodied Cabernet is estate grown from precisely planted vines, taking full advantage of site and ripening conditions. It's what we pull out at dinner parties with the main course and escalating conversation. It offers cassis and dark fruit flavours expected from Cabernet; along with hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. It's 12 months in French Oak ensures subtle nuances and a soft silky tannic finish.
