Meet the Makers dinner at Stamford Grand
We are delighted to be the first winemakers featured at the upcoming series of Meet the Makers dinners being held at the Promenade Restaurant, Stamford Grand Adelaide

Executive Chef Darren Greenwood has created a delicious 4-course menu using only the best South Australia produce, with each course perfectly matched with Wicks Estate Wines.

Meet the Wine Maker with Wicks Estate Dinner Menu

First Course (On Arrival) 

Tea smoked oyster with pickled shiitake and cucumber 
Paired with Wicks 'Pamela' Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir 

Second Course: 

Chicken terrine with baby red chard, spiced pear and tarragon mayonnaise 
Paired with C.J. Wicks Chardonnay 

Third Course: 

Crispy confit duck leg bonbon and pan cooked duck breast, pearl barley, carrot puree, and asparagus
Paired with Wicks Estate Pinot Noir 

Fourth Course: 

Artisan cheese from Adelaide Hills 
Paired with Wicks Estate Pinot Gris
